KEEP CALM and CARRY ON

Summer is a time to read books.

I read lots of books when I was a child.

Books take me wherever I want to go:
America,France,Italy,deserts,the ocean,and
a nameless uninhabited island.

I can make my own movie by reading.

(Sometimes I'm disappointed in the movie
which made from a book.
Still I like watching movies, btw)

Every time I finish reading a book,
I don't feel like going back to the reality.

Then I realize that
I spend the very my life at the moment.

So I gotta go back to the reality and

KEEP CALM
and
CARRY ON

I'm keepin' living and learning from books.

P.S.

The book isn't available in Japan.

I'd kill to read the book,
but I gotta wait till Autumn.

Does anyone have any recommended books for me??

Cartoons

Cartoons make me feel like a child.

I like watching cartoons in English without any subtitles.

When I stayed at my host-family house in Australia,
they let me watch several cartoon movies.

This movie is one of those.
(It's really funny, anyway!)

Nevertheless my mom said I'm too old to watch cartoons.
(I'm a 16 year-old girl now)

Is that true?

Men shouldn't enjoy cartoons??

I don't think so.

I think growing up is not to forget you were a child once,
but to understand  other worlds.

Men must know the children's world cause they were a child once,
and they will know the adult world when they become a member of society.

Both of the world are important for us  to live in this world.

So my mom should've said that

"Don't always watch cartoons like a child,
but sometimes cartoons might be helpful for you ."

Then I say

"Cartoons teach us what is important in our life :
friendship, family, love, bravery, laugh, dream...

I wanna be a man who has two world,

the adult world
&
the child world"

To infinity and beyond!!

Last summer Ⅰ

Australia

I visited Australia last summer
as a student studying abroad from Japan.

I spent with my host family for two weeks.

Every Aussies were so nice to me,
so I came to like AUS.

I couldn't speak English (including Aussie English)
fluently at the moment,

(I can't speak yet)

but that doesn't matter.

Somehow I was able to communicate with them
with enjoyment.

I didn't care whether I spoke wrong English or not
because my teacher said, "Don't be shy!!".

You know, what is important.

We will learn from mistakes.
If you didn't make mistakes, you'll never learn anything.

Confucius said,

"A person who commits a mistake and doesn't correct it is committing another mistake."

子曰、過而不改、是謂過矣。

That's one of my favorite quotes.

I think
I'm making good use of my experience in Australia.

My Ideal Place

Paris

I've had an aspiration to visit Paris.

I wanna live there on my own way in the future
- I don't wanna depend on someone else.

Besides, I just feel that I can find my destiny in France.

Living abroad alone means a new start in my life.
There is nobody who knows me.

So I can  become the person I want to be.

However I have a lot of problems before I start my new life:
language,money, university, room...

I believe I can cope with those problems.

WAIT FOR ME, PARIS!!
